To meet market changes, adapt to corporate development, and empower goal achievement, the third training meeting of the organizational system guidance project held by TOP-Auto Technology in collaboration with a consulting company has successfully concluded, with the company's general manager, Luo Shifeng, leading the main department heads to sign the "2024 Target Responsibility Letter."

Since October 2023, in response to the company's business needs, we have discussed and formulated important project outcomes such as the company's 2024 annual goals and OKR achievement plans, key position compensation performance management reform plans, etc., focusing on the company's strategic goal planning, profit creation processes, organizational structure, talent echelon construction, and employee incentive systems, laying a solid foundation for the improvement of internal management systems, strengthening the management system, and the company's next stage of development.

The signing of the "2024 Target Responsibility Letter" is a key focus of this organizational system guidance project. At the meeting, the company issued tasks for the 2024 annual market development, product delivery, project research and development, accounts receivable, team building, and qualification construction goals, with the main department heads formally signing and submitting the target responsibility commitment letters to the general manager.
