Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design work of product development (mainly for upper control and lower control products);

2. Responsible for the hardware design of main products, able to independently complete the schematic and PCB design (at least 6 layers); responsible for component selection, BOM list, key technology verification, key technology public relations, and other tasks;

3. Provide technical support during production, testing, inspection, and after-sales processes, and organize technical training;

4. Organize and participate in design reviews at various stages, adjust and modify design drawings, programs, and technical documents;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or department.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc., with 3-5 years of work experience;

2. Familiar with hardware design of processors such as ST, NXP, Ti; proficient in circuit board design tools (such as Altium Designer, Protel XP, Cadence, etc.), experience with CE and other European standard certifications is preferred;

3. Proficient in the design of switch power supplies and linear power supply subsystems, AD acquisition circuits, DO/PWM driver circuits, RS232/485/CAN/SPI communication circuits, etc., digital ground and analog ground processing;

4. Proficient in circuit anti-interference design, with rich EMC design capabilities;

5. Experience in power circuits and PCB layout design for motor drivers or power supplies is preferred;

6. Possess good communication skills, learning ability, and problem-solving skills; have a high sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and professional awareness, and can withstand considerable work pressure;
