Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the embedded software development and debugging platform for various product lines of the company;

2. Responsible for writing the driver programs for the embedded chips of various product lines of the company;

3. Design, develop, and optimize related intelligent algorithms and software programs based on the working principles of sensors and actual application environments;

4. Responsible for tuning the functionality, performance, and stability of new products of the company in the later stages;

5. Responsible for the maintenance and updates of the functionalities of existing products;

6. Other temporary development tasks.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from related majors such as electronic information, communication engineering, and automation; master's degree preferred;

2. More than 3 years of experience in embedded software development, with at least one microcontroller development experience;

3. Proficient in C/C++ language; skilled in the driver design of common buses such as serial port, CAN, RS485, SPI, and bootloader design;

4. Master common control (PID), data processing algorithms (digital filtering, type conversion, etc.), experience in motor drive algorithms (current loop, speed loop, position loop) preferred; experience in DSP-related projects preferred;

5. Understand basic knowledge of machine learning, experience in neural networks and AI-related open-source projects preferred;

6. Have independent development capabilities and a certain foundation in hardware design;

7. Good team spirit, willingness to explore and learn new technologies, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
