Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and improve according to the company's plan, formulate departmental performance plans, decompose goals, and achieve personal and team goals in stages;

2. Responsible for developing new customers, supervising and checking the signing and performance of customer sales contracts/orders and payment status;

3. Responsible for the management of the customer service team's employee recruitment, training, team building, assessment, and evaluation;

4. Responsible for customer inquiries, after-sales service, and information statistics and communication through various channels such as customer calls and emails;

5. Responsible for customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up calls;

6. Responsible for building relevant systems and processes for customer service management; participate in organizing exhibitions, and improving relevant systems and processes for the marketing system;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or department.

Job Requirements

1. Age 28-40 years, college degree or above, technical related majors preferred;

2. Familiar with the characteristics and applications of the engineering machinery industry/driving products, understand the functions and applications of main engine products, possess certain business etiquette knowledge, sales and business negotiation skills, customer development and management knowledge, have strong marketing promotion ability, interpersonal communication skills, and team coaching ability;

3. Work rigorously, be honest and upright, have good stress resistance, and possess strong self-motivation;

4. Experience in sales promotion of mechanical industry/intelligent control system products is preferred, and experience in managing teams of 5 or more is preferred.
